hello! i hope you're having a better day! if not, that's ok cause everyone has off days. im always here for you if you need someone to talk to. until then, i have a few things for you to read here <33pls try to stay positive! trust me, i know it can be hard but being in the right mindset can make a load of change. so go do something you enjoy. that could be talking to a friend, watching a movie you like, doing a hobby you enjoy, etc. if you have to take time for yourself out of your day, that's perfectly fine! you are important! so please do what you need to do to stay happy!please make sure to take care of yourself! a good way to start is to keep drinking water and eat a good meal if you can. also try to keep good hygiene. it will make you feel much better!no matter if we are close or not know i'm proud of you for living. i'm proud of you for dealing with problems that come your way. whatever it is that you're dealing with, it will pass. sometimes it doesn't go away on it's own though. you may have to fight through it, but it will pass. so please don't give up on yourself. you're so valid and capable of much more than you think.
